Cancellation / Refund Policy
Wavefront members may modify or cancel their handset rental order at any time up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the requested rental period. Cancellations and modifications must be submitted to Wavefront via email (contact -at- wavefrontac.com).
Wavefront members may submit refund requests to Wavefront via email (contact -at- wavefrontac.com) within 15 business days of the end of their rental period. Wavefront will make the required changes to the billing amount and adjustments will be applied directly to the member's credit card.
