Developer Program Management

Wavefront provides technical and business expertise to undertake the operation of new or existing developer programs. These programs engage North America's wireless and new media development community with mobile network operators and provide a pipeline of advanced wireless applications, content development and vertical hardware targeted to the operators' specific requirements.

Sierra Wireless and Wavefront Developer Program 2008
In 2008, Wavefront launched a six-month program to find best-in-class enterprise or consumer applications that take advantage of the mobile broadband and GPS capabilities built into Sierra Wireless PC cards, ExpressCards, and USB modems.

Five best-in-class winners were selected for incorporation on Sierra Wireless AirCards, co-marketing support from Sierra Wireless, including the opportunity to demonstrate their applications within the Sierra Wireless booths at upcoming Mobile World Congress and CTIA trade shows and to have their applications presented to Sierra Wireless' network operator customers.
