Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the members of the Wavefront Wireless Commercialization Centre Society (the “Society”) will be held at the Empire Granville 7 Cinemas, 855 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. (the “Meeting”) for the following purposes:

1. to receive the Report of the Directors;
2. to receive the financial statements of the Society for the period ended March 31, 2012, and the report of the auditor thereon;
3. to appoint D & H Group LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditors of the Society for the ensuing year;
4. to determine the number of Directors and to elect Directors for the ensuing year;
5. to conduct such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
